GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS chianti-and-more Panzano in Chianti

Your booking becomes effective once CHIANTI & MORE has received the duly signed booking form and a 30% deposit. The balance is payable not later than 45 days before the beginning of the rental period. In the case of bookings made within 45 days of the arrival date, payment in full is due immediately. The amount payable will be specified in the booking form and is settled through bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or check.
After having received the signed booking form and the payment, CHIANTI & MORE will send you a confirmation of your booking. After having received the balance, CHIANTI & MORE will send you your voucher (e-mail or letter) and the directions on how to reach your accommodation.
The voucher contains all the necessary information regarding arrival and departure times, address, caretaker and any additional costs. The voucher has to be shown to the owner or the caretaker upon arrival.
Additional costs, as defined in the property description, the booking form and the voucher, are payable to the owner or the caretaker before departure.
Times of arrival and departure (details in your voucher) must be strictly adhered to.
The passports of the client and all members of his/her party have to be registered at the moment of arrival in accordance with Italian law.
In the event of dissatisfaction or complaint regarding any aspect of the holiday accommodation, the client shall notify CHIANTI & MORE immediately.
A breakage deposit will be requested upon arrival. As mentioned in your voucher, the breakage deposit is payable in cash (Euro) to the owner or the caretaker. The client and his/her party shall maintain the property in the same good order as upon arrival. In the case that the client or a member of his/her party breaks or damages anything in the holiday home, the owner or CHIANTI & MORE must be advised immediately. Any loss or damage caused by the client or a member of his/her party will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
As also mentioned in your voucher, the tourist tax is payable in cash (Euro) to the owner or the caretaker upon arrival. You will receive a receipt for the paid tourist tax.
Occupation of the property is strictly limited to the persons mentioned in the rental contract and the number of people indicated on the property description (infants, children and teenagers included). Baby cribs and children's beds should be requested - if available - prior to your arrival.
Pets are allowed only if mentioned in the property description. In any case, the client must list pets on the booking form and pets must be confirmed on the voucher.
The client shall take full responsibility for the safety and conduct of him/herself and all other members of his/her party.
In the unlikely event that the booked and confirmed property should no longer be available, the client may cancel the booking and receive a full refund of the amount paid in advance. No further compensation can be paid. In addition, CHIANTI & MORE will attempt to offer at least one alternative, similar property. In this case, the due rental rate is to be redefined.
Cancellation policy
1. cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable 30% of the total amount + bank fees
2. cancellation from 59 to 46 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable 50% of the total amount + bank fees
3. cancellation from 45 to 21 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable 90% of the total amount + bank fees
4. cancellation within 20 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable full amount
The infrastructure of the Tuscan countryside may be different from that in your country. Access to some of the properties offered is via dirt roads, which may cause difficulties for cars with low suspension or for motorbikes.
Electricity may be interrupted during thunderstorms and this can also cause short interruptions of the water supply, which often depends on electric pumps.
Please use water carefully! Swimming pools are usually open from June to mid October.

Our two week stay (9/14/19 to 9/28/19) at the Fienile far exceeded our expectations. This tastefully restored stone barn was the perfect place for two couples from Florida. The scenery surrounding the villa was spectacular and included vineyards and groves of olive trees. We spent much of our time outdoors in the courtyard relaxing and dining al fresco. The pool area is also truly exceptional. The villa is very private and yet only one mile to Greve center. A perfect spot. The kitchen appliances were of high quality and the barbecue area was outstanding. The barn is a three story structure with three private bedrooms and baths. We couldn’t have asked for a better arrangement. Our hosts, Fedra and Andrea were responsive to any of our needs and yet they afforded us all the privacy we needed. We especially enjoyed our daily visits from their two dogs, who would run down the hill for their morning pats. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars we give this villa a 10 and we sincerely hope to return some day.

Dear Karin, We had a marvellous time in Italy and I have raved about the villa and your management. I am more than happy to provide additional commentary. Your follow up, assistance and recommendations were perfect. Allowing my sister to visit was a massive positive and it gave us a good feel for the villa. You always responded to my numerous emails within 24 hours. The ability to provide several recommendations based on our criteria was vital to our final selection. You met all our criteria. Info provided on the website and your emails was exactly as presented in the villa. Very clean villa, well presented and plenty of towels, cleaning equipment etc. Great having the prosciutto slicer - the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen!! Beds very comfortable. Not quite as close to Greve if you don't have a 4WD however we were more than happy to walk into town. We are definitely fitter after this trip. Very easy to navigate around the site. Pictures of the villa were really good but after seeing the villa first hand - they don't do it justice!! Wonderful and relaxing. Also the assistance provided by John was terrific. The most fantastic villa - well worth the price.!! Having the chef come to cook the first and second weeks was delicious. We will definitely be back !! kind regards

Ciao, Karin! We had a fantastic time in Tuscany and really enjoyed the villa a lot. I would absolutely recommend Chianti & more to friends and to use in the future. You were very prompt in providing us information about the villa, options for tours and wineries, dinner recommendations, chef services etc. (Chef Rosanna was fantastic by the way!). And we loved our experience at the winery. Thanks for that recommendation as well. The villa was great. We really liked the location and found the villa to meet our needs. Thanks for everything.
