The vacation home of Celebrities: Elegant and impressing villa with very attentive resident staff (cleaning and cooking every evening) in very panoramic and private location where in the past years several movie celebrities spent their vacation. The tastefully decorated house dates back to the 13th century when the main part of the building was constructed. It is surrounded by meticulously kept vineyards, silver-green olive groves, its Renaissance-style park and lush gardens from where you enjoy breath-taking views onto the uncontaminated Tuscan landscape.
Fine antiques, selected furniture and original Tuscan materials together with the professional staff service and facilities like the astro-turf tennis court (one of the very few villas with tennis court!) and the picturesque swimming pool make the villa special and unique.
You will be welcomed with a beautifully curated basket of local delights, including the property´s wine and balsamic vinegar, Tuscan pecorino cheese, artisanal salami, honey from a nearby beekeeper, and traditional Prato biscuits.
The villa features daily housekeeping service, and an in-house chef who prepares gourmet three-course Italian dinners, best enjoyed al fresco overlooking the sunset. Indulge in exquisite wine and rich olive oil sourced from the villa’s own vineyard
On the evening of arrival, guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary dinner selected from our exclusive menu, with all food provisions included. In addition, one or two extra dinners are offered during the stay—depending on its length—again chosen from the menu and offered at no additional cost for the food.
Guests are only responsible for the wine during these meals
While breakfast is not included, a grocery shopping service is offered upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped, and quality coffee is always available to enjoy.
Daily housekeeping is included, with careful attention to bedroom and bathroom cleaning. A luxury bathroom courtesy line is provided, along with a mid-week change of towels and pool towels.
Electricity, water, tourist tax, daily maid service (6 hours, 6 days per week):
Bathrooms: All bathrooms are cleaned daily.
Linens and Towels: Beds will be made daily. Towels are refreshed midweek. For any other bedding needs, cots, cribs, etc., please ask
Breakfast and Lunches: No breakfasts or lunches are provided. The staff is happy to purchase grocery items for you in advance and stock your fridge.
Dinners: three complimentary multi-course Italian dinners are offered to your entire party. This includes a Welcome Dinner on the night of your arrival from a pre-set menu and two additional dinners on a night of your choosing (from Monday - Thursday). You may also book up to two additional dinners at the cost of €500 per dinner for groups of 6 or under (€50.00 per additional person over 10 years old).
Dinners may be served any time between 5pm and 8pm, per your preference.
Water, Wine, and Olive Oil: Guests will be provided with a few bottles of wine from the property’s vineyard, olive oil from its olive grove, and bottles of water.
Dishes: Staff will clear and clean all dinner dishes on the nights that they cook. Guests are asked to use the dishwasher for all other meals.
Note: The staff have Sunday off and will not be available
